Coming to computers very late in life I was never able to cope if things went wrong, I was also aware that my security was not as good as it should be. So I contacted Ranald Lillie of Edinburgh Computing for advice and arranged a home visit. Coincidentally on the day of Ranald’s visit I was hit in a big way by scammers. Without Ranald’s knowledge, patience and help over some weeks I would not have been able to cope with the problems that arose or have a successful result after everything was sorted out. After this I obtained an iPad which had a completely different operating system to the Microsoft laptop I had been using.
